How to use "meets expectations" as a driver for success!

If you are like most managers, annual performance reviews are among the most difficult conversations you’ll have with your staff.

And when they are done poorly there is little chance that the outcome will be positive.

However, when conducted properly, these sessions provide you with a great opportunity to help your employees focus on their goals and boost their morale—while correcting flaws that can hold them back.

This Webcast will explore how you can prepare for these discussions in a way that invites balanced participation, stays true to your message, focuses on performance, gains acceptance and reduces defensiveness.

What You Will Learn:

Discover the steps you can take and tactics to use to ease the complicated task of conducting effective performance review meetings, including:

  • Tips for addressing specific behaviors you’ll encounter in a performance review
  • How to match employee situations to the best communication strategy
  • Guidelines for linking company values and goals to employee performance
  • How to give constructive feedback without damaging employee morale
  • Ways to direct the performance review for an outcome whereby your employee leaves with at least a sense of fairness, and maybe even commitment

The discussion will be followed by a live Q&A session—where we will address specific issues of concern to the audience!
